Sound Bath

within the sound of falling waves

I hear the deepness of inner space

and time is slowing down

a simple movement of inner space

throws me into another frequency

where I hear planets humming

and suns like low basses

travel through deep distances

while like a heart

the universe beats

and pulses out its love

and when I come back

into the Here and Now

my mind feels washed with sound

empty and free
